COMMUNICATIONWe value the importance of prompt and reliable communication. We always speak to the clients so that a rapport can be built. Open communication is so important so that everybody is happy and feels heard. We offer email and phone, as well as an online contact form. If we are unable to reply instantly, it is because we are likely on an event – we will always call or email back!
LOGISTICSExperience of past events and our games have taught us the value of logistics and planning. This is where we can take the stress off our clients, leaving them to focus on other aspects of their forthcoming event. We will ask the questions needed to make sure that every game is suitable, has electric points if needed, is sized appropriately for the venue and will facilitate prompt set up.
DELIVERYWe always arrive early at every event. This allows us time to add those special touches like bunting and enables us to deal with any hiccups in a professional and calm manner. We also always provide an ETA and once on site, speak to the event organiser to confirm set up requirements.
SET UPWe make sure every game, no matter the size, looks great and ready for play. We use bunting to demarcate certain games like Crazy Golf and Soft Archery. We can offer events with or without staff depending on whether manning is required. Often we set up, leave and then return to pack up – it is obviously cheaper and easier if some events opt to provide their own manning. Some games have to have us there for health and safety.
PACK UPWe often leave a venue looking better or the same as it was when we arrived. We never leave rubbish, even if it is not ours. We are efficient at packing up swiftly as most clients are eager to go home or return to the rest of their event once our hiring period is up. We have also been known, on many occasions, to keep games active for longer than the agreed hire times due to everyone having so much fun. If we are due to stop the games at 5pm to the dismay of some young children (or adults!), we will stay open a bit longer!
